Returns Policy At Teez Shirt we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be: * Unworn and unwashed * In original packaged Initiating a return please follow these steps. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your teez shirt. Shipping Return: You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error( e.g. incorrect item, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Send your return to the address provided in your return instructions. Processing Your Return: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. You will be notified via email once your return is processed. Refunds and Exchanges: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
